Datamint has an extremely robust recruiting philosophy and strategy.  This philosophy is driven by our commitment to match talent to task. 

The selection of candidates starts with our shortlisting process.  In this process, we primarily look for the attributes that are needed for the particular task, experience and importantly a candidate’s availability for work, primarily with our partner’s schedule.

Once the recruiters have done the shortlist and phone screen process, the selected candidates will be moved to the next step which is the online or face to face interview session.  Candidates are selected for hire based on a set of pre-determined skill and behavioural based assessments coupled with the hiring manager’s recommendations arising from post interview coloration session.
